- 用户应遵守游戏规则与适用法律法规，不得进行作弊或破坏服务的行为。
- 企业客户应确保授权人员与设备使用符合企业内部制度与法律法规。
- 企业内部测试包不得通过公开渠道向公众分发。
- Users must comply with game rules and applicable laws, and must not cheat or disrupt services.
- Enterprise clients must ensure authorized users/devices follow internal policies and regulations.
- Internal test builds must not be distributed to the public.

服务相关的软件、内容、文档与知识产权归香港長華科技有限公司或其授权方所有， 用户仅获得非排他性的使用权。
Software, content, and documentation remain the property of Changhua Technology Co., Limited (Hong Kong) or its licensors, and users receive a non-exclusive license.

我们将提供合理的技术支持与运维保障，并努力确保服务连续可用。 对于不可抗力或用户/客户自身原因导致的中断，我们不承担责任。
We provide reasonable support and operations coverage, but are not liable for outages caused by force majeure or user/client actions.

我们将按照隐私政策与合同约定保护数据，并在必要情况下签署保密协议。
Data is protected under our Privacy Policy and contractual terms, including confidentiality agreements where needed.

Fees and payment terms are defined in executed contracts or orders.

如用户或客户违反条款或法律法规要求，我们有权暂停或终止服务。 服务条款更新后将通过公告或邮件通知相关方。
We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or laws, and will notify relevant parties of material changes.

如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成时，可提交公司注册地有管辖权的法院处理。
Disputes should be resolved amicably; otherwise, they may be submitted to courts with jurisdiction at our registered location.
